Shraddha Kapoor is a novice actress who made her debut with Teen Patti starring Amitabh Bachchan and Madhavan.
Personal Life
Budding actress Shraddha Kapoor is the youngest of the two children born to veteran actor Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi. She is also the neice of the famous actress Padmini Kolhapure who was her aunt (mother's sister).
As a young girl she knew that acting was in her blood. She took up theatre studies during her high school in Boston. She later learnt diction and acting under Mohit Tugnait at home. For Teen Patti, she did workshops with Royston Abel and Barry John along with the numerous script readings and group meetings with the director Leena Yadav.
Shraddha also featured on the cover page of the Elle Magazine in the January 2011 issue. The Kapoor girl recently became the brand ambassador for the cosmetic giant Lakme. Though 'Teen Patti' didnt fare well at the Box Office her presence didn't go unnoticed. She has now signed a three years contract with Yash Raj Films (YRF) and will be seen in their upcoming film 'LUV KA THE END'
